The Marche Region has joined the list of institutions with which the ENCI has established collaborative relationships; a protocol has recently been signed regarding the specialization and use of canine units in wildlife hunting and the development of areas for dog training activities.
“A further agreement – written on the ENCI website – which enhances the use of pedigree dogs which, through their employment, contribute to the wildlife management sector , as well as allowing dog breeding to gain appropriate situations that allow for maintaining a high level of zootechnical selection dedicated to them”.
The agreement was signed at the Marche Region offices in Ancona on December 11, 2018, in the presence of the Marche Region's Councilor for Hunting, Moreno Pieroni, and Regional Councilor Federico Talè, ENCI President Dino Muto, the President of the National Pro Segugio, Vincenzo Ferrara, ENCI National Councilor Sandro Pacioni, and ENCI Regional President Maurizio Barbieri. All the Presidents of the Marche Dog Groups also met, with the only exception of the Ancona President.
