The Honourable Sergio Berlato has been appointed a full member of the European Parliament's Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety.
In a statement, the Hon. Berlato emphasized his renewed commitment "to defending the rights of all hunters and all bearers of rural culture," consistent with his distinguished political career.
His political career led him to be elected, always through personal preference, to three terms in the Veneto Regional Council and to four terms in the European Parliament.
Sergio Berlato is keen to point out that he continues to maintain liaison with national, regional, and local institutions to ensure everyone has the right to take advantage of the various opportunities offered by the various institutional levels.
Among his many goals, the Hon. Sergio Berlato also aims to ensure full implementation of EU Directives in Italy, guaranteeing all European hunters equal rights and responsibilities.
