A week earlier than 2024: EOS SHOW '25 will kick off on Saturday, February 8th and end on Monday, the 10th. It will be an edition that exceeds expectations. A look at the visitor survey results. ENCI is back.
May 23, 2024 – After a record attendance of 40, demonstrating the continued growth in audience participation, EOS SHOW is already working on the next edition. To better meet the needs of both the public and exhibitors, the 2025 date, previously announced at the close of the 2024 edition, will be brought forward by a week: it will begin on Saturday, February 8th, and run until Monday, the 10th.
The most interesting news is that contacts are underway to add a new pavilion dedicated to dog breeding, with breed meetings and the final stages of the Best in Show 2023 and 2024 organized by ENCI-Ente Nazionale della Cinofilia Italiana , already present in 2023.
A new pavilion layout will be necessary , also to accommodate all the new exhibitors who have applied.
EOS Show 2024 has already brought together the best of Italy and beyond (40 countries were represented). A total of 676 companies were represented. Direct exhibitors from the hunting and shooting sectors numbered 295, 19% more than the 2023 edition, while the number of brands represented increased by 34% . Weapons manufacturers, representing a quintessentially Italian excellence, and distributors numbered 48, six more than in 2023.
Just under 40.000 visitors came from all over Italy and abroad.
Interesting data on public satisfaction emerged from the survey administered to over a thousand visitors . Regarding the overall experience, over 80% reported high satisfaction and a positive experience in the pavilion dedicated to their area of interest (hunting, shooting, fishing, and boating).
The level of security provided at the pavilions was also appreciated : following a massive social media campaign conducted by both animal rights activists and opposing groups, increased checks at the entrance were deemed necessary, as directed by the Public Security Authorities.
For this reason, the organizers have announced the opening of a second entrance (San Zeno) in 2025 , in addition to the traditional one (Re Teodorico), to shorten waiting times at the entrance, the only flaw identified in the survey administered to visitors in 2024.
The presence of new products and the diverse offerings are increasingly appreciated by visitors, and one in 10 visitors enjoyed the events organized over the three days. Over half said they perceived great helpfulness from the exhibitors . Most also stopped in the shopping area, and many made purchases there.
