According to the Fédération Nationale des Chasseurs, the commitments made by the President of the Republic before his re-election were to defend certain types of traditional hunting, and this has been achieved. The French Federation's satisfaction is also related to its assertion that such hunts had no impact on biodiversity given the small number of participants.
The Fédération Nationale des Chasseur hopes that the Council of State will evaluate the fact that the new decrees have taken into account the general observations of the authorities regarding the collection quotas and the new constraints imposed.
The Fédération Nationale des Chasseurs also states that in the event of a positive evaluation by the Council of State, the Ministry of Ecological Transition will be asked to evaluate other traditional hunts currently suspended.
