A hunting exchange agreement for the 2021/2022 hunting season has been signed between the regions of Lazio and Umbria for the mutual mobility of hunters.
The rationale behind the agreement, as always, is to achieve the most balanced distribution of hunters possible, and for this reason, specific quotas have been established.
Hunters from Umbria can apply for hunting residency at a Lazio ATC (hunting club) and hunt all species permitted by the Lazio Region's hunting calendar. It will also be possible to register with a Lazio ATC as a second ATC. All this is subject to established quotas.
Umbria has made 2950 positions available for hunters from Lazio, divided into three regional ATCs (hunting residences or second ATCs). It has also introduced the possibility for 10 hunting teams from Lazio to practice wild boar hunting in Umbria.
Umbrian hunters can enjoy 20 days of migratory game hunting in the Lazio region with a reciprocal access system for a total of 1200 hunters.
The two regions have made their online mobility management system available for bookings.
